Air Pump Assembly for Sage The Oracle BES980

In Sage BES980 and Breville BES980 coffee machines, the air pump is used during milk frothing to supply air to the milk system.

When the air pump is worn or faulty, air flow becomes insufficient, resulting in little or no milk foam. In such cases, replacing the air pump assembly is one of the common ways to restore milk frothing.

Important: Similar symptoms may also be caused by other milk system components. Before purchasing a spare part, the actual cause of the issue should be verified. Replacing the air pump assembly requires disassembly of the coffee machine housing.
