The designated position (grinding degree in the middle position) is marked with color on the top of the grinder. We clearly state that these are not used grinders and that neither the ground coffee residues nor the color mark are material defects. The grinder motor is powered by direct current. Since there is usually no indication of polarity in the motor connections or cable, it is often useful to try it out. Once the grinder is installed and connected, a test run should be performed; the motor should rotate clockwise. If the grinder rotates counterclockwise, the beans are not ground, in this case, you simply need to swap the wires.
