Portafilter gasket Gran Gaggia, Saeco Poemia

The gasket under the filter basket in Gran Gaggia, Gaggia Carezza, Saeco Poemia and Saeco Aroma coffee machines seals the brewing area and prevents leakage during coffee preparation. This gasket inside the portafilter wears over time and may lose flexibility.

The portafilter gasket should be replaced when a leak appears around the filter holder during brewing or when the material has hardened and no longer maintains a proper seal.

Important: make sure the source of the leak is the portafilter gasket and not a fault in the water supply unit. The replacement can be carried out at home.
