The replacement water tank is designed for DeLonghi PrimaDonna Soul and PrimaDonna Aromatic ECAM630 series coffee machines (part no. AS00000513).
The water reservoir is usually replaced for two reasons.
The first — a “Fill Water” message appears on the display, even though the tank is full. This is typically caused by a faulty magnet (float) inside the tank or a water-level sensor that no longer responds to the float’s movement.
The second — water leaks under the coffee machine or water seeps from the tank connection while the tank is being filled or moved. The cause could be a crack in the housing or a loss of elasticity in the sealing area at the tank connection. Such damage usually occurs during regular use or as a result of the tank falling.
Service experience shows that replacement most often resolves the described symptoms by eliminating the root cause of the defect.
Important: before purchase, make sure that the issue is truly related to the DeLonghi PrimaDonna Soul water container, and not the water-level sensor. The exact fault can only be identified after diagnostics at the ATAR Service Centre — therefore, the replacement is offered as a possible solution, not a guaranteed fix for the defect.
